Orders at Southern Acre Feed Co. will only be put into production after the customer has reviewed and confirmed the provided estimate. This process is critical to ensure that we meet customer expectations and maintain our commitment to quality.
Estimate Generation: Upon receiving an order inquiry, our team will generate a detailed estimate that outlines the costs, quantities, and any other relevant information pertaining to the requested products.
Customer Review: The estimate will be sent to the customer for review. Customers are encouraged to examine all details closely.
Confirmation Required: The order will not proceed to production until the customer approves the estimate and confirms the order for invoice. This can only be done through the email estimate provided.
Order Input: Once confirmation is received, the order will be entered into our production schedule.
No Exceptions: This policy applies to all customer orders without exception. Our aim is to avoid misunderstandings and ensure we deliver exactly what the customer expects.
